inane counteraction
what is the opposite of progressive environmental legislation?
this bush-led epa bill that prevents states from accomplishing emissions standards that should be championed by the epa in the first place.
it is a sad, sad day.

This is clearly not the time to be taking steps backward in improving emissions control. Bush only champions less government when it suits his needs, or the needs of industry, which are basically identical. Apparently states' rights are a thing of the past.
