knee no more

yesterday was the first run that i have gone on in a hair over two weeks. as you may recall, my right knee was plaguing me with a sliding patella which is never a good situation. thus far, everything seems to be healed up and pain free. i don't think that it is quite 100%, but i am going to ease back into the daily self-inflicted abuse of pavement pounding that it will relearn to love in due time.
